Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") apply to any purchase you make as an individual (hereinafter the "Customer") on the website www.skioccas.com (hereinafter the "Site") from E-PRECISIONSPORT.FR (hereinafter the "Seller"), a SARL registered with the CHAMBERY trade and companies register under number 789199452, with its head office at 695 Avenue Paul Louis Merlin - 73800 Montmélian - France, Tel: 04.79.00.42.41, Contact form.

Article 1 – Purpose and Scope of Application

These General Conditions aim to define the terms of sale between the Seller and its Customers. They apply to all sales made online from the site. They apply exclusively, canceling and replacing all other general conditions.

Any order on the Site necessarily implies prior knowledge by the Customer of these general terms and conditions of sale and acceptance of their entire content by the Customer. Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale takes effect upon validation of your order.

SKI OCCAS reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. However, it is specified that the conditions in force at the time of the order remain applicable for the reservation.

Article 2 – Ski Occas Offer

Article 2.1 – Offer Duration

SKI OCCAS reserves the right to withdraw or modify the product offer on the site at any time.

The product offer presented on the site is valid as long as it remains accessible online thanks to SKI OCCAS. However, this offer is only valid while stocks last.

Article 2.2 – Geographical Coverage of the Offer

The products offered can only be delivered to French territory and the European Zone.

Article 2.3 – Stock and Availability

Depending on the product concerned, the Seller applies a "just-in-time" stock management. Consequently, depending on the case, the availability of products depends on the Seller's stocks.

The Seller undertakes to honor orders received provided that the products are available.

The unavailability of a product is generally indicated on the page of the product concerned. In any case, if the unavailability was not indicated at the time of the order, the Seller undertakes to inform the Customer without delay if the product is unavailable.

At the Customer's request, the Seller can: propose to ship all products at the same time once the out-of-stock products are available again, proceed to a partial shipment of the available products first, then to the shipment of the rest of the order when the other products become available, subject to clear information about additional transport costs that may be incurred, propose an alternative product of equivalent quality and price, accepted by the Customer.

If the Customer decides to cancel their order of unavailable products, they will obtain a refund of all sums paid for the unavailable products, without delay and at the latest within thirty (30) days of payment.

Article 2.4 – Product Characteristics

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible by the Seller.

The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value. The photos on the site are indeed those of the models we have in stock but do not necessarily represent the exact product you will receive (example: we have ten times the same pair of skis but only one photo per size and condition is presented).

SKI OCCAS cannot be held responsible for an error of judgment related to the use of the Internet. Given this mode of communication, it is possible that the product as displayed on the screen of the Internet user differs slightly (especially in color) from the product ordered.

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the Site, all products sold by the Seller are second-hand or new (see description) and comply with current European legislation and applicable standards in France.

Skis, snowboards, boots, and poles may show more or less pronounced signs of wear without compromising the performance of the equipment.

Skis and snowboards are classified into three conditions, boots and masks into two conditions, and textiles into six conditions. You will find all the characteristics on the page dedicated to wear conditions.

Article 2.5 – Prices

The prices displayed on the site are in euros and include all applicable taxes in the European Union. VAT is calculated according to the rate in effect at the time of the order. In case of rate modification, the latter will be immediately reflected on the site, but the rate applicable to your order will be the one in force at the time of its validation.

The product prices do not include shipping costs, nor any costs related to certain packaging or other optional services chosen by the Customer, which will be specified on the summary screen before the final validation of the order.

SKI OCCAS is free to modify the sale prices on the Site at any time, it being specified that the price applicable to the order is always the one in effect at the time of the order.

The Customer is informed that the prices on the Site may differ from those practiced in SKI OCCAS stores, whether during or outside promotional periods. Unless otherwise indicated, the displayed prices concern only products purchased online on the Site.

Article 3 – Order Procedure and Terms

Article 3.1 – Order Process

To purchase a product, the Customer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.

To place an order, the Customer must create a customer account. Once the account is created, the Customer can access their Customer Space. Access to this space requires the Customer to identify themselves with the email address used during the creation of the account and a personal and confidential password that they will have chosen. SKI OCCAS declines all responsibility for any action carried out in the Customer Space by a third party to whom the Customer has communicated their identifiers or who has accessed the account due to negligence on their part.

The order of the products offered for sale on the site is made online from the site according to the following process:

  1. Choice by the customer of the product(s) and addition to the cart.
  2. Optional entry of a promo code and order summary indicating the total order price.
  3. Entry by the customer of the necessary data for processing the order (name, first name, title, year of birth, email, phone number, billing address, delivery address) by creating a customer account or logging into the existing account.
  4. Choice of billing and delivery addresses (mandatory entry even if the customer later chooses delivery to a relay point).
  5. Choice of delivery method by the customer and new order summary indicating the total order price.
  6. Choice of payment method (CB, Paypal, Alma) and acceptance by the customer of these general conditions, and validation by the customer of the order, binding them to payment.
  7. Payment of the price (total or in installments without fees depending on the chosen payment method) of the order.
  8. Confirmation of the order by SKI OCCAS by displaying it on the site and sending an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

The optional entry by the customer of the necessary data (size, weight, age, ski level, shoe size) for the product personalization service (drilling or binding adjustment on skis), is done directly at the time of choosing the pack.

Each order step corresponds to a dedicated screen page.

The customer can only access a subsequent step after validating the previous step.

Until the payment method is validated, the customer can return to previous steps to modify them if necessary.

Once the order is placed, the customer will quickly receive an acknowledgment of receipt at the email address they provided.

To ensure the smooth processing of the order, the customer must provide a valid, verified, and active email address that they regularly check, as well as a valid mobile phone number to ensure optimal delivery.

Article 3.2 – Order Processing

Orders are shipped the same day if placed before noon, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), subject to payment validation and product availability in stock. Deliveries are not possible on Saturdays even for Express orders. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day. Delivery times begin from the removal of packages from our warehouse, and our logistics service operates only on weekdays.

Article 3.3 – Billing

During the ordering process, the Customer must enter the information necessary for billing (the (*) sign indicates mandatory fields that must be filled in for the Customer's order to be processed by the Seller).

Neither the order form that the Customer establishes online nor the acknowledgment of receipt of the order that the Seller sends to the Customer by email constitutes an invoice. Regardless of the ordering or payment method used, the Customer will receive a copy of the invoice by email upon order confirmation.

SKI OCCAS will keep the invoice related to the order in digital form for the legal archiving period in France applicable to the order. The customer may obtain a copy of this document during the same period upon simple request • via the contact form • or at the postal address: E-PRECISIONSPORT.FR 695 AVENUE PAUL LOUIS MERLIN - 73800 MONTMELIAN France.

Additionally, invoices are available and downloadable in PDF format via the customer account in the "Order History and Details" section, "Invoice" column.

Article 3.4 – Export Orders and Customs Duties

Any order shipped outside the European Union will automatically be invoiced excluding taxes (from an amount of £135 for the United Kingdom). Import formalities, customs duties, and any taxes related to the delivery of an item outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the Customer and must be paid to the competent authorities of the delivery country.

The Customer is solely responsible for checking the compliance of the products ordered with the legislation of the delivery country. SKI OCCAS is not required to check or inform the Customer of the applicable customs duties and taxes. To obtain this information, SKI OCCAS recommends that the Customer inquire with the competent authorities of their country.

Please note that by placing an order on the site, you are considered the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will receive the merchandise. Cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection procedures by customs authorities.

Article 4 – Payment

SKI OCCAS offers you different types of payment. Orders are payable in euros, Swiss francs, pounds sterling, or US dollars. Payment of the total price is due at the time of order by the Buyer who agrees to pay the stipulated price for the ordered item(s) including the price of the items, as well as shipping costs and other order processing fees. In the context of combating internet fraud, SKI OCCAS reserves the right to request a photocopy of the ID card and proof of address for any payment.

Article 4.1 – Payment Methods

The Customer can pay for their products online on the Site in several ways.

  • Payment by credit card:

Payments can be made using a credit card: cards displaying the CB logo, cards bearing the "Visa" or "Mastercard" brands accepted in France, as well as cards issued within the framework of international networks approved by the GIE Cartes Bancaires. To make your purchases safely, SKI OCCAS has chosen the Mollie payment solution. Mollie facilitates your internet transactions with reliability and security. Each transaction is encrypted, no banking data is recorded on our site. The payment platform is fully secured with 3D Secure, a new standard allowing the validation of the credit card number, expiration date, and security code.

  • Payment by Paypal:

By creating a Paypal account, each customer can securely pay for their transaction without providing any banking data. When validating the order, the customer is redirected to the secure Paypal platform to log in using their email and password.

  • Payment in 2, 3, and 4 installments with ALMA:

Payment in several installments/delayed is available via our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure. Only purchases over €100 are eligible for payment with Alma. When paying in installments with Alma, the Customer pays fees in the following cases:

    • P2X: 0.82% per transaction
    • P3X: 1.66% per transaction
    • P4X: 2.47% per transaction

Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate that will be proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code. Any termination of the GTC that bind the Seller and the customer results in the termination of the GCU between Alma and the customer.

Find more details on our Secure Payment page.

Article 4.2 – Late or Refused Payment

The bank's agreement makes the order validated by the Customer on the website effective. In case of payment refusal by the bank, E PRECISION SPORTS reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 5 – Delivery

The ordered and paid products will be delivered to the customer at the delivery address mentioned during the ordering process. In case of error in the contact details provided by the buyer, SKI OCCAS cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver. In this case, the costs incurred for a new delivery will be borne by the buyer and billed at their actual cost.

In the case of delivery to a relay point, if the initially chosen relay point by the buyer is closed or saturated during delivery, the delivery person will deposit the package at another available relay point. We remind you that merchants refuse to receive and store bulky packages, which is why the following product families are excluded from delivery to relay points: skis, poles, snowboards, and luggage.

SKI OCCAS undertakes to deliver the ordered items as quickly as possible depending on the chosen delivery method and the availability of the items, and at the latest within thirty days from the payment of the order (first installment in the case of payment in installments). The delivery times indicated on the site are average times observed and therefore not guaranteed.

An email message will be automatically sent to the Customer at the time of shipment of the products, provided that the email address entered in the registration form is correct.

Find all our delivery methods as well as our shipping costs on the dedicated page.

Article 5.1 – Delivery Delay

In case of delivery delay or loss of track of the package, we have 30 days from the date of your order to proceed with your compensation or find a common arrangement.

If a delivery delay occurs, or packages are lost by carriers, the Customer must notify SKI OCCAS by email or phone, we will assist you with the procedures with the carriers.

For information, if a problem occurs during a delivery, the investigation times are long, they can reach up to a month.

Article 5.2 – Damage to the Package on Delivery

SKI OCCAS recommends that the Customer check the contents, conformity, and condition of the package(s) in the presence of the carrier upon delivery. In the event that the Customer has any doubt of any kind about the condition or content of their package, the Customer should:

Check the condition of the goods received and make specific, dated, and signed handwritten reservations, having the delivery person sign next to them.

Exercise any recourse with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within ten (10) working days following receipt and send a copy to SKI OCCAS.

After this period, the product will be deemed received conforming by the Customer, who can no longer claim a delivery error or apparent defect.

The verification of the delivered package is deemed done and can no longer be subject to disputes, as soon as the Customer or any person authorized to receive the package has signed the delivery note. SKI OCCAS cannot be held responsible in any way.

Article 5.3 – Delivery Dispute

In case of a signature dispute, the Customer has 30 days from the date of the order to notify the SKI OCCAS customer service, after this period, the order will be considered delivered conforming, and no claim will be possible.

For any delivery disputes despite the signature of the receipt of your package on the delivery note available on the carrier's website, the customer must sign a sworn statement of non-receipt of the package and, in some cases, file a complaint.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Any product used by the Customer is no longer a new product and, as such, is not eligible for return and refund.

Article 6.1 – Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay penalties, except for the return costs of the concerned products.

This 14-day withdrawal period starts the day after the customer receives the product. If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

The buyer, referring to Article 2.5, is aware that they are purchasing second-hand equipment and that it cannot be compared to new equipment. Since the condition assessment of the equipment can be subject to interpretation, any request for a discount or partial refund after purchase will be refused if the Seller does not deem it necessary. In case of disagreement on the condition of the equipment, only the return and full refund will be applied.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following cases:

  • Customized and made-to-measure products:
    • Ski drilling, skin sizing, pole cutting, etc.
  • Personal protective equipment:
    • Helmets (mountaineering, climbing),
    • Airbag bags and activation sets,
    • Climbing and via ferrata equipment (climbing harness, carabiner, climbing blocker, climbing quickdraw, belayer, climbing descender, climbing nut, climbing pulley, climbing rope, climbing rope, climbing strap, and via ferrata kit),
    • Mountaineering equipment (mountaineering harness, mountaineering crampon, mountaineering ice axe, mountaineering rope, ice screw, crevasse rescue kit, crampon, and ice axe accessory).
  • Nutrition products:
    • Dehydrated meals, food, and dietary supplements

Article 6.2 – Terms of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Internet user must notify SKI OCCAS of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration:

By mail to the following address: Ski Occas Customer Service - 695 Av. Paul Louis Merlin, 73800 Montmélian

By email via the contact form.

For any withdrawal request transmitted electronically, the Internet user will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of their request on a durable medium without delay.

The Customer must follow the process proposed via their "Customer Space," allowing them to print a return label at a favorable rate.

The Customer can consult the page dedicated to returns and refunds for more details on the procedure to follow for making a return.

The Customer can also contact Customer Service via the contact form if they need help returning their order.

Article 6.3 – Effects of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

SKI OCCAS systematically checks the general condition and functionality of returned products, regardless of the delivery method, before proceeding with the refund.

SKI OCCAS reserves the right to refuse the refund of any product that is not in the expected condition, has been used, damaged, or dirtied, or shows signs of use exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product. This includes any use incompatible with testing the product, making it unsuitable for resale.

The Customer must return the product(s) with the provided accessories and manuals, preferably in their original packaging or, failing that, in suitable packaging protecting the returned product(s) properly.

SKI OCCAS will refund the total amount paid, including shipping costs, if the order is returned in its entirety, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the product(s) at the SKI OCCAS warehouse, subject to the condition of the product.

In the case of returning a product purchased on promotion, SKI OCCAS will refund the product at the reduced price applied at the time of the order, not at the initial price excluding promotion.

However, SKI OCCAS will not cover additional costs if the Customer opted for a more expensive delivery method than the standard method offered by SKI OCCAS. The refund of shipping costs will only be based on the cost of standard delivery.

Any returned product becomes the exclusive property of SKI OCCAS.

SKI OCCAS will process the refund by crediting the bank account used when placing the order.

If the refund proves impossible, for example, due to theft or fraud of the used credit card, the Customer must contact Customer Service. For security reasons, Customer Service will ask the Customer to provide an explanation and documentation of the situation making the refund to the initial account impossible, and will verify their identity. In case of serious doubt, SKI OCCAS reserves the right to refuse the refund to a different bank account than the one used for the order.

In any case, the refund will not incur additional costs for the Internet user, except if they chose, when placing their order, a more expensive delivery method than the standard method offered by SKI OCCAS.

No exchange is accepted from the Site.

Article 7 – Marketplace

E PRECISIONSPORT has created a service through which Partners can offer their Products on the www.skioccas.com site.

SKI OCCAS acts on the Site as a Marketplace operator, in accordance with the preliminary article of the Consumer Code. As such, SKI OCCAS provides a professional intermediation service allowing Customers to order Products from Partners, who are independent sellers.

In accordance with Article L.111-7 of the Consumer Code, SKI OCCAS acts as a technical intermediary, limiting itself to hosting Partner offers on the Site and facilitating their connection with Customers.

It is important to note that SKI OCCAS is not the seller of the Products purchased via the Marketplace. The Seller, whose identity is specified on the Product Sheet and detailed in the Partner's GTC, accessible from this sheet, is the sole contracting party of the Customer for the sale of Products. These GTC of the Seller are accessible by clicking on the "Sold and shipped by" button on the Partner Product Sheet.

Finally, it is specified that SKI OCCAS can also act as a seller on the Site in case of an unresolved dispute by the Partner.

Article 7.1 – Partner Products

The Products offered on the Site by Partners are described and presented as accurately as possible so that the Customer has access to all information regarding the essential characteristics of the Product before placing an order.

In any case, despite all the care provided by the Partner, minimal variations between the visual presentation of the products on the Site and the delivered product are not excluded.

The Partner makes its best efforts to ensure that the Site is updated with Product stocks. However, an error may occur and distort the available stock level.

As a reminder, SKI OCCAS is not responsible for the stock and update of the availability of Partner Products; therefore, SKI OCCAS does not guarantee their availability.

The price (excluding shipping costs) of each Product offered for sale by Partners on the Site is indicated on its product sheet in euros and all taxes included (TTC) applicable in France.

Each Partner independently determines and enters the sale prices of its Products. SKI OCCAS does not intervene in the determination of the price of the Products sold by its Partners.

Article 7.2 – Partner Order

In the case of an order, your contracting party is the Partner if you purchase a Product sold by a PARTNER. The information regarding the Partner is accessible from the detailed page of the Partner Product.

For the perfect information of the Internet user, it is therefore specified that:

  • When the shopping cart contains only one or more SKI OCCAS Product(s), the SKI OCCAS GTCs apply to SKI OCCAS Products;
  • When the shopping cart contains only one or more Partner Product(s), the Partner's GTCs apply to the said Partner Products;
  • When the shopping cart contains both one or more SKI OCCAS Product(s) and one or more Partner Product(s), these E-commerce GTCs will apply to SKI OCCAS Product(s) and the Partner's General Terms and Conditions present on the product sheet will apply to Partner Product(s).

Partner Products remain the property of the Partner until full and entire collection of the price. However, from the receipt of the order by the Customer or their representative, the risks of the delivered Products are transferred to the Customer.

Article 7.3 – Partner Delivery

Each Partner is free to determine the delivery methods they wish to offer to the Customer. Each Partner is responsible for their delivery obligations to the Customer.

The Partner will deliver the Products according to the conditions communicated to you at the time of placing your order and possibly in the Partner's GTC.

When placing the order, the Customer will be offered different delivery methods according to the Partner of the selected product. The Customer will then be informed of the delivery time of their order according to the delivery method.

The Partner undertakes to respect the delivery times mentioned when placing the order. In general, delivery times are assessed per Product and per Partner. It is specified that it is the Partner's responsibility to communicate their own delivery conditions and restrictions to the Customer.

Each Partner is responsible for the delivery of their Products (except in cases of force majeure, i.e., an external, unpredictable, and irresistible event). SKI OCCAS declines all responsibility in case of delivery delay not dispatched by the Partner.

In the event of the Partner's failure to deliver the order within the agreed time or, failing that, within thirty (30) days, the Customer may give notice to the Partner to deliver it within a reasonable time. If the Partner fails to comply within the given time, the Customer may cancel their order and request a refund by contacting customer service.

Article 7.3 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a Partner order, the Customer must contact the Partner directly (contact details specified on their Partner sheet on the Site).

If no mutual agreement is found between the Customer and the Partner, SKI OCCAS reserves the right to intervene as the Seller to find a solution.

If no solution is found despite the intervention of the Seller, the Customer can refer to Article 15 and 16.

Article 8 – Warranties

Article 8.1 – Contractual Warranty

The Customer benefits free of charge from the warranty provided by the various manufacturers of each product. This limited warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the context of ordinary consumer use and does not apply in the event of damage to the product resulting from wear and tear, tearing, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, damage caused by sand or liquids, shock, or poor storage conditions.

Please find below the procedure for any possible support under the contractual warranty by our after-sales service:

  1. We request the sending of a photo or video even if the defect is not visible and a precise description of the problem via the contact form. Please provide us with your order number.
  2. We will send you a return label by email.
  3. You will send us the clean product with the return label and a copy of the purchase invoice.
  4. Upon receipt of your package, we will forward all of this to the brand.
  5. The brand will carry out a detailed assessment of the product for possible after-sales service support. It will ensure that the defect does not result from abnormal use of the product.
  6. SKI OCCAS will inform you of the brand's decision.

IMPORTANT: SKI OCCAS follows the brand's policy in the case of after-sales support. If the brand repairs or exchanges the product, we will send it back to you, and if the brand sends us a credit note, we will issue you a credit note and in no case a refund.

In any case, SKI OCCAS cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply its warranty.

For information, the processing time for after-sales service is 4 to 8 weeks.

Article 8.2 – Legal Warranties of Conformity

All products offered by SKI OCCAS are subject to the application of legal warranties of conformity (Articles L.211-4 to L.211-14 of the Consumer Code). To implement the warranties, the Customer must contact SKI OCCAS via the contact form, or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Ski Occas Customer Service - 695 Av. Paul Louis Merlin, 73800 Montmélian.

It is recalled that under the legal warranty of conformity, the consumer:

Has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act against the seller.

Can choose between repairing or replacing the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code.

Is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the six months following the delivery of the goods for second-hand goods. This period is extended to 24 months for new goods.

The legal warranty of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty that may cover your goods.

Note, this warranty applies to the functional aspect of the equipment and not to the aesthetic aspect.

Article 8.3 – Hidden Defects Warranties

All products offered by SKI OCCAS are subject to the application of hidden defects warranties (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

The action resulting from hidden defects must be brought by the CUSTOMER within six months of discovering the defect.

It is recalled that the consumer can decide to implement the warranty against hidden defects of the sold item under Article 1641 of the Civil Code and that in this case, they can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the sale price following Article 1644 of the Civil Code.

Article 9 – Responsibilities

SKI OCCAS cannot be held liable for any breach of one of its contractual obligations if this is due to a case of force majeure as defined by French case law, or to an unpredictable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract.

In no case can the responsibility of SKI OCCAS be engaged for loss of profits, commercial losses, loss of data, loss of earnings, or any other indirect or unforeseeable damage at the time of using the site or concluding the sales contract between the parties.

SKI OCCAS cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may be suffered by the Internet user due to using the Internet network.

SKI OCCAS cannot be held liable if a product does not comply with foreign legislation.

The Customer wishing to import, export, or use one of the products offered on the```html country other than France must, under their sole responsibility, first ensure that the product complies with the legislation applicable in the concerned country.

We strongly advise you to have your ski bindings adjusted by a professional, either near your home or ideally at the resort. The proper functioning of the bindings requires compliance with standards. In July 2000, AFNOR published a new directive (standard FD S 52-748), on the adjustment of bindings. The new ISO standard takes into account the essential parameters for binding adjustment: weight, shoe size, skier type, and now the skier's gender.

At your request and based on your indications, the bindings will be adjusted according to the indications of the FPS, Professional Federation of Sports and Leisure Enterprises (ISO 11088 standard). Our responsibility cannot be engaged, especially in the case of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. Have your bindings checked at least every season.

Article 10 – Transfer of Ownership

Any order remains the property of SKI OCCAS until full and final payment by the Customer. The transfer of risks of loss and deterioration to the Customer takes effect upon delivery of the package to the Customer or a third party designated by them.

Article 11 – Claims

Claims must be addressed via the contact section of the SKI OCCAS site or by mail to the following address: Ski Occas Customer Service - 695 Av. Paul Louis Merlin, 73800 Montmélian.
