Located in Savoie (73) in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, at the foot of the largest ski resorts, our workshop takes care of your equipment, and works for both professionals and individuals.

At Ski Occas, each pair of skis passes through the expert hands of our professional ski technicians , true skiing artisans. Their job is also their passion . They all share the same commitment to a job well done.
Trained in the latest maintenance technologies , they know how to adjust, repair, and optimize each piece of equipment with precision and expertise. The result: a perfectly sharpened, waxed ski, ready to tackle any terrain. Each intervention is carried out by hand, checked and tested according to standards. At Ski Occas, it's the human factor that makes the difference.
High-end machines for a perfect finish
Our size has allowed us to invest in very high-end repair and finishing machines that may be unique in France. Our workshop is equipped with REICHMANN and CHATEX machines, leaders in the professional maintenance of sliding equipment.
In particular, we use the Reichmann SF-1 machine, one of the most efficient ski maintenance robots in the world and unique in France. Designed in Germany, this machine is a concentrate of technology. Thanks to its precise grinding , structured sanding , hot waxing and automated overmolding modules, it guarantees ultra-precise , millimeter-accurate and perfectly homogeneous treatment.
Combined with the expertise of our ski technicians trained in its use, it gives each ski maximum performance.

Our workshop is the beating heart of Ski Occas, where each pair of pre-owned skis or snowboards passes through expert hands before being offered for sale. In both winter and off-season, our team follows a rigorous process to completely refurbish pre-owned skis and snowboards.

Disinfected and reconditioned ski boots
The ski boots are also disinfected, cleaned, checked (hooks, liners, soles) and reconditioned, before a second cleaning before shipping .
Nothing is left to chance: we only offer quality equipment , sorted according to its level of wear, and exclude any product with a defect or excessive wear.

Each pair of skis offered on Ski Occas is listed according to 3 categories . Whether you opt for a "Condition 1", "Condition 2" or "Condition 3" ski, each pair is prepared with the same concern for performance. Because behind each base, there is the eye and the precise gestures of our workshop team.

LS-1 RACE: the machine that sculpts the sole with a laser
The Reichmann LS‑1 RACE is an ultra-modern machine that uses a laser (instead of a conventional grinding wheel) to create highly precise structures on the base of skis or snowboards. These structures help you glide better, depending on the type of snow (powder, hard, wet, etc.).
